Steel Supply with Precision Services

We would like to introduce ourselves as a precision fabrication facility with proven expertise in delivering high-quality solutions. We have successfully executed five CNC cutting orders for Goa Shipyard Ltd. and manufactured bulkhead fittings and cable suspensions (Type 1 & Type 2) as per Russian design standards. Our facility is equipped with two advanced CNC machines — a KJELBERG (11m bed) and a HYPERTHERM USA (12m bed) — capable of cutting mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, and other materials up to 100 mm thick plates, with precision fabrication as per client-provided designs and drawings. We also specialize in the fabrication of tanks, pressure vessels, and hull fittings.

Our infrastructure includes a 25m × 10m fabrication bay fitted with a 5-ton double hoist EOT crane, a 14-ton mobile Hydra crane, and a 60-ton press, enabling us to manufacture components as per custom requirements. With these capabilities, we ensure reliable, accurate, and timely execution of projects, meeting the highest industry standards.
